Besenzoni at the 2019 METS in Amsterdam from 19th to 21st November

Besenzoni will be exhibiting at the 2019 METS, which is being held in Amsterdam from 19th to 21st November, and will have stands both in the Italian Pavilion and Superyacht Pavilion, showcasing our wide range of products including the UNICA series which has been specially designed for large yachts. Among our new products is the Automatic Flush Door.

Besenzoni has confirmed that it will exhibit again at the METS this year, which is being held in Amsterdam from 19th to 21st November, and will be one of the leading brands at what is considered to be the most important exhibition for nautical and boating accessories worldwide. In particular, the Sarnico company will showcase, as it does every year, its entire range of tailor-made products designed for all types of boats in the Italian Pavilion (Stand 01.563) and the Superyacht Pavilion (Stand 10.708).

One of the new products we’re launching this year is the automatic Flush door. It has been developed, like all of our other products, after a detailed assessment of the customer’s needs while using tailor-made solutions that meet the technical and safety requirements of the shipyard during installation. The Besenzoni Design Center and Work team were responsible for the meticulous development of this product.

The features of this automatic Flush door are a painted steel main frame, while the moving door panels are made of painted aluminium. The opening and closing mechanism is electric while the lateral sliding of the door is manual. When the door opens it automatically locks into position and it has a control panel with backlit

buttons. The size and number of panels with monolithic glass panes are for the customer to decide, since they can be customized.

All the other products by Besenzoni will be exhibited, including the Unica collection with its extensive range of high-quality and fully-customized solutions. Here are some of the main components.

The automatic cranes designed to lift motor boats and “water toys”. The cranes can be designed to blend in with the shape of the yacht or can be concealed and are calibrated according to the size of the yacht and to the size of the load to be lifted.

The hydraulic walkways, one of the company's signature products, have a range of different sizes to suit all types of boats, are made of polished or powder-coated steel with a walkway made of classic teak or synthetic materials, with stylish accessories such as LED courtesy lights, non-slip inserts and position lights. These additional features are not just aesthetic but also functional.

Swimming or boarding ladders made from solid materials such as steel and innovative materials such as carbon provide a touch of style which enhance the appearance of both sail boats and motor-powered vessels.

We will also be showcasing our pilot chairs, in which Besenzoni is the market leader, featuring a highly flexible design and using state-of-the-art production techniques. With these chairs we are able to provide "tailor-made" solutions that can meet the requirements of the most demanding shipowners while reflecting the latest stylistic evolutions of our architects and designers.
