After consolidated the market in the western Mediterranean, the Naples-based shipyard continues to expand into new areas, choosing to consolidate its dealers network in the Balkans. As a result of the new agreement signed with Navis marine, a dealer with outlets in both Croatia and Montenegro, for the first time Evo Yachts will be attending the anxiously-awaited Croatia Boat Show, scheduled to take place from April 11 to 15, 2018 on the western coast of Spalato.

At the show, the shipyard will officially get the Mediterranean trade fair season underway with a total black version of Evo 43’, made even more appealing and aggressive by its pairing with orange upholstery.

The other features that have been so successful and aroused so much enthusiasm at international boat shows in recent months have stayed the same, not least the streamlined, minimalist design. The cockpit, clad entirely in teak and fitted with various solutions to create shade, is a flexible space with modular seating, an extending dining table, and a large wet bar. The beach area can be totally transformed with the help of a digital control system, which opens the “XTensions” side walls in less than 30 seconds, turning the cockpit into a 25 square meter terrace on the water that can be configured as a lounge area, a sunbathing area with incorporated lounger, or even a diving platform. This and the other functions can be controlled using an iPhone or iPad, transforming the boat for more comfort and space and increasing the width to a maximum of 6.3 meters, usually the prerogative of a distinctly superior category.

Also fitted in the stern is the optional “Transformer” platform, which is perfectly integrated in the beach area and can be extended using a hydraulic system that rotates through 280° around its own axis, for use to board or disembark from the boat when at dock, as a swim ladder, as an adjustable height diving platform or as a support for a tender and water toys.

Below deck is a big V-shaped dinette with a recessed table that makes room for a double bed, while another double cabin in the bow has a separate entrance, a storage area and a wardrobe.

Two types of engine are available: Volvo Penta IPS 500 (total 740 hp) or Volvo Penta IPS 600 (870 hp total). The hull has an 18° deadrise for especially efficient navigation, at a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots, and with a range of 250 nautical miles.
