Amel rolls out the red carpet for the launch of its new yacht

Last January, during the ‘Boot’ boatshow in Düsseldorf, yacht lovers got the first glimpses of the Amel60.  Currently being finished in the workshops of the shipyard - which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary - the first AMEL 60 is carefully putting the finishing touches to her finery for her premiere at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival.

A baptism will be organised, with a 50 and a 60-foot boat on the same pontoon: all the spirit of Amel and much more to discover from 10th to 15th September 2019.
 
More advantages than just another 10 feet differentiate the Amel 60 from her smaller sister: more space and fittings, more details and use of modern technologies to increase comfort at sea and at anchor (twin rudders, sloop rig, carbon in-mast furling, specific finishes inside and out). The same Amel 60, in matte American walnut finish, will then be presented at the International Boat Show in Genoa, from 19 to 24 September.
