Next Yacht Group will take part in the Monaco Yacht Show, taking place from 23 to 26 September 2026 at Port Hercule. For the 35th edition, the Group will place two new models at the heart of the show, highlighting the evolution of its brands and of the concept of contemporary yachting.
For AB Yachts, the show marks the world debut of the first model developed in collaboration with BRABUS, bringing together the renowned German brand’s distinctive design DNA with the engineering and construction expertise of the Viareggio shipyard. For Maiora, the first M|38 unit will instead be presented in the water. The flagship project of the new M Line, it has been conceived to redefine the way onboard spaces are experienced through an even more direct relationship between architecture, light and the sea.
Two debuts, two distinctive design languages and a shared vision: yachts conceived around people, combining innovation, design culture, construction excellence and maximum freedom of customization. With M|38 and the new BRABUS-AB Yachts collaboration, Next Yacht Group continues the growth of its brands and strengthens its ambition to set new benchmarks in the large-yacht segment.
THE FIRST BRABUS - AB YACHTS YACHT AT MONACO
At Port Hercule, the first BRABUS - AB Yachts yacht will be unveiled: a project that combines the engineering know-how of the Italian shipyard with the bespoke excellence and “One-Second-Wow” philosophy of the brand specializing in tuning for the automotive and luxury sectors.
The collaboration – which marks BRABUS’s entry into the superyacht segment – brings together complementary expertise: on one side, the German brand’s aesthetic research and highly distinctive custom approach; on the other, AB Yachts’ experience in the development, engineering and construction of high-performance vessels capable of reaching speeds of 60 knots. The result is a range designed for clients seeking an uncompromising experience at sea, combining sporting adrenaline with technological innovation, comfort and meticulous attention to detail, making each yacht unique to its owner.
Choosing the Monaco Yacht Show for the project’s debut places it within the world’s most prestigious setting for the superyacht sector, an exceptional showcase for new developments and the highest expressions of luxury yachting.
MAIORA M|38
Designed in collaboration with Quartostile for the exterior, and developed by the Maiora Style Centre together with Acube Design for the interiors, the 37-metre yacht embodies a new concept of onboard living, in which architecture, light and continuity with the sea redefine the standards of the category.
M|38 represents a fundamental step in the evolution of Maiora and the M Line. The project brings to fruition the principles introduced by the new collection: elegance through reduction, spatial continuity, visual permeability, invisible innovation and an increasingly direct relationship with the marine landscape.
The dynamic profile, new full-beam bow and the outward positioning of the masses reinforce the perception of stability and solidity, while glazed surfaces, teak and strongly horizontal lines promote a natural integration with the surrounding environment. Traditional propulsion allows a maximum speed of 28 knots, confirming Maiora’s ability to combine architectural quality, efficiency and the pleasure of navigation.
At the heart of the concept is the stern, reinterpreted as a true waterfront lounge. The beach area on the Main Deck, seamlessly connected to the cockpit, incorporates fold-down bulwarks and a swimming pool with a retractable walkable cover, transforming the area into a versatile sea-facing terrace that can be configured for socializing, relaxation or privacy.
The layout accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, with a full-beam owner’s suite on the Main Deck, and provides crew quarters for five, configurable for up to seven. The main deck is conceived as an architectural continuum between the salon, cockpit and beach area: large side windows and electric sliding doors enhance the perception of space, while the engine-room access integrated into the corridor keeps the outdoor area unobstructed.
The approximately 45 sqm owner’s suite is conceived as a space to be enjoyed throughout the day and includes a sea-facing office-dressing area, dedicated vanity and “his & hers” bathroom. The main salon measures approximately 51 sqm, with ceiling heights ranging from 2.25 to 2.35 metres. The Lower Deck houses two VIP cabins and two Guest cabins, while the spacious crew area provides dedicated facilities and the option of an additional cabin.
The walkaround upper deck houses an independent, panoramic Pilot House with a 180-degree forward view, a second helm station and lift bar. Inside, materials and lighting create an atmosphere inspired by contemporary hospitality: natural tones, Marine Leather, ALPI veneers, Listone Giordano parquet, Savema marble and onyx combine with direct and indirect lighting schemes to enhance surfaces and volumes.
With M|38, Maiora thus consolidates a vision of the contemporary yacht in which luxury is interpreted through the quality of the experience, continuity between architecture and landscape, and uncompromising customization. More than a new model, M|38 expresses a new way of experiencing the sea and serves as the manifesto of the maturity achieved by the M Line.
