Project White Arrow, a 116-metre superyacht design
Nuvolari Lenard unveils 116-metre Project White Arrow
Nuvolari Lenard has given a first look at Project White Arrow, a 116-metre superyacht project developed with Moran Yacht & Ship. The studio is responsible for exterior and interior design, while Moran Yacht & Ship handles brokerage and project development. The yacht is planned for 14 to 16 guests and a crew of 40. According to the studio, the project marks the beginning of a wider path.
The design is intended as a starting point for a new owner, with the architecture, interiors and life on board open to development in dialogue with the client. “The most interesting projects are not necessarily those in which every detail is defined from the outset, but those that set out a strong vision while leaving the owner enough room to make it their own,” said Dan Lenard.

Nuvolari Lenard links the project to a change it has followed through years of work with owners. Owners and their families now spend long periods on board, sometimes several consecutive months, and the yacht has become a private residence: a place to live in rather than simply to stay. The priorities the studio lists are privacy, wellbeing, time for oneself and for others, contact with nature and the freedom to use the yacht in different ways.
“Project White Arrow reflects this new sensibility and explores how size, architecture and design can create an exclusive and deeply liveable environment,” said Carlo Nuvolari. On the yacht’s size, he added: “A yacht of this size offers extraordinary opportunities, but it also brings a responsibility: to create a coherent whole, one that expresses understated elegance and, above all, always keeps the human dimension at its centre.”
The exterior is built around a strongly sculptural composition, balanced by clean lines and carefully calibrated proportions. Large glazed surfaces connect the interiors with the surrounding seascape, and the silhouette is designed to give the yacht a distinctive identity.
Nuvolari Lenard coordinates the disciplines involved, from design to technical development, together with Moran Yacht & Ship and the wider project team.
