Isa Yachts sells a 73-metre custom superyacht with an underwater room

Below the waterline, behind large glazed surfaces, guests will look straight out into the surrounding sea. The space is called the Nemo Room, and it is one of the features planned for a new 73-metre custom yacht that Isa Yachts, a Palumbo Superyachts brand, has sold to an American owner. The project was developed around the owner's specific requirements, and delivery is scheduled for 2030.

It is the first time Isa Yachts has worked with the Dutch studio Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, which is responsible for both exterior and interior design. Naval architecture comes from another Dutch firm, Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture.

The layout accommodates up to 14 people in six guest cabins and the owner's suite, which has a dedicated deck. A crew of 22 is planned, and the builder says onboard areas and circulation routes were designed for efficient service and for the privacy of the owner and guests.

Interiors will be built by List AG, a company specialising in bespoke yacht furniture. This is its third project with Isa Yachts, after M/Y Okto and the 80-metre Isa Custom the yard has just launched.

The new 73-metre joins the yard's portfolio of large custom projects, which now extends to 100 metres in length; large tailor-made yachts are grouped under the Isa Large Yacht Collection. A 100-metre project, set to become the yard's new flagship, is currently under construction. Isa Yachts is part of Palumbo Superyachts, alongside Columbus, Mondomarine and Extra.
