TISG, Sanlorenzo denies reports: No contact between Perotti and the five former executives

Sanlorenzo has issued a denial regarding the The Italian Sea Group affair, which saw new developments this morning following the publication by Il Giornale of an article concerning alleged WhatsApp conversations between five former TISG executives.

The newspaper’s reconstruction also mentions Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman of Sanlorenzo, in connection with alleged contacts with the former managers. The company responded to this specific point just a few hours later with an unequivocal statement: “With reference to press reports, Sanlorenzo categorically denies that there was any contact between the Chairman of Sanlorenzo, Cav. Massimo Perotti, and the five former The Italian Sea Group executives mentioned.”
