Baltic Yachts Introduces the Baltic 80 Café Racer
Baltic Yachts has announced the construction of the Baltic 80 Café Racer, a new sailing yacht that builds on the success of the Baltic 68 Café Racer. The first hull has been sold, and construction is set to begin in April 2026, with delivery planned for June 2027.
The Baltic 80 Café Racer represents the next step in Baltic Yachts' evolution of performance-led, lifestyle-focused sailing yachts. It scales the original concept to maxi-yacht proportions while maintaining principles of safety, simplicity, and sailing performance.
Designed for owners who enjoy sailing with family and friends, the yacht combines competitive potential with relaxed, social sailing. It features pared-back luxury, intuitive systems, and generous living spaces, making it suitable for cruising between anchorages.
The yacht's interior offers comfort and luxury through bold styling, making it ideal for coastal cruising and weekend getaways. It provides a complete and comfortable home on the water, whether anchored in a quiet bay or cruising between destinations.
The Baltic 80 Café Racer is designed by Surge Projects, led by Javier Jaudenes, with interior styling by Design Unlimited. The yacht measures under 24 meters, allowing for weekend sailing without unnecessary complexity.
Construction of the first yacht is scheduled to begin in April 2026, with delivery planned for June 2027. The series build reflects growing demand for this distinctive concept.
The Café Racer name is inspired by 1960s London motorbikes, known for their speed and minimalist design. This spirit is reflected in the Baltic 80 Café Racer's confident and focused design.
