Known for their beautifully crafted, bespoke Gozzo boats, Fratelli Aprea will be attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) this year from October 26-30. Fratelli Aprea is excited to be attending the show for the first time since their debut in the U.S. They will be bringing a selection of vessels to display which will include the Sorrento 36HT, Sorrento 32HT, Traditional 780 Gozzo, and the 750 Open Cruise.

Founded in Sorrento, Italy in 1890 by Cataldo Aprea, Fratelli Aprea has been hand-crafting the infamous Gozzo Sorrentino for six generations. As Fratelli Aprea launches in the U.S., the prowess and performance inherent to these beautiful vessels can only come from respecting the past.

Fratelli Aprea has stayed true to its roots of simple elegance bringing its clients the best boats on the market. Representing the sixth generation (of seven), brothers Antonino and Francesco Aprea handcraft these timeless vessels alongside their father Giovanni, his three brothers Cataldo, Gaetano, Antonio, and their multi-generational team of craftsmen. Guests will find Antonio and Francesco at FLIBS slips B236, B238 and B240.

The Sorrento 36 Hard Top is a model that reflects the desire to travel.  Below deck the vessel is spacious and welcoming, featuring the finest construction materials and techniques.  Topside, the deck is simple and elegant.  The large hand laid teak deck compliments comfortable bow and stern seats, which recalls the tradition of traditional Sorrento Gozzo boats. It is truly a vessel that reflects the elegance and beauty of the Mediterranean.

The Sorrento 32 Hard Top is a beautiful vessel that guarantees excellent cruising. The interiors in precious woods and luxury components deliver a classic and tasteful side of the Gozzo style with exuberant characteristics. The spaces are  designed and optimized for maximum comfort so all you must worry about is lying back and enjoying your journey.

The 780 Traditional Gozzo is the model that more than any other represents tradition; it is a vessel for those who enjoy classics. With her iconic lines of the Sorrento Gozzo, this charming craft is filled with the character of a bygone era. Like all Fratelli Aprea creations, clients add their own personal tastes to make the vessel truly their own.  It makes a stunning yacht tender for those who wish to arrive in the ultimate Mediterranean style.

The 750 Open Cruise is a model with a discreet charm.  A collaboration of classic design with refined and essential fittings, such as convertible V-berth, a beautiful galley, and an enclosed head this makes the 750 Open cruise a delightful day boat with overnight capabilities.  With megayacht build quality and finishes, this is truly a micro-yacht for discerning clientele.

Each Fratelli Aprea Gozzo is designed and built following the techniques of the Sorrento artisan tradition.  Each part is meticulously crafted to live in and resist the sea over time.  All components of the boat are carved, smoothed, and assembled to obtain strength and elegant harmony with their natural element: water.

Utilizing only the finest materials and construction techniques available to the trade, Fratelli Aprea has created a reputation and mystique that is unrivaled throughout the Italian peninsula and beyond. Fratelli Aprea USA CEO, Michael Sinacola II will be available at the booth throughout the weekend and will also be accepting press appointments.
