At the recent Paris, Dusseldorf, London and Miami boat shows, you learnt our secret: the first Oceanis Yacht will be launched officially in Cannes, next September. This new Oceanis Yacht 62 stems from a collaboration unlike any other between Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design and the Italian stylist Pierangelo Andreani. First of a line developing the 50 to 70 foot yacht, the Oceanis 62 embodies a new way of sharing magical moments at sea: Beneteau’ idea of yachting.

The Oceanis Yacht has taut and dynamic lines, setting her very much apart. With a strong bow, low coachroof, and large windows circling the hull and coachroof, she is indisputably an elegant boat. Her style emphasizes her unique character. Her chined hull with a twin rudder and her perfectly balanced sail plan offer her power and safety combined with quick, easy and confident sailing. 

A DISTILLATION OF INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS 

The aft space is impressive. Both high-techand designed for pleasure, she boast a uniquecompletely new tender-garage. With 2 stairways on either side, it is easy and safe to access. Opened by means of a remote control or directly from the helm station, the platform becomes a dock sloping gently into the sea, making it easy to launch your tender. Whether you choose a standard tender or a more sporty jet version, your trips away from the boat are the epitome of simplicity, unheard of on a yacht. With 5 square metres lowering above the sea, the tender garage door turns into a terrace flush with the ocean. With room for tables and chairs, it is an ideal place to enjoy delicious cocktail buffets as the day draws to a close.

Fitted for plancha-style cooking and concealed under the aft bench seat, the exterior galley lifts in one piece, to offer grill, sink and outdoor refrigerator. Since this is accessed directly from the cockpit, you can enjoy what’s happening on deck while cooking even difficult dishes. Its leeward position protects the cockpit and the inside of the boat from any possible smoke.

The cockpit easily seats 12 people and has a U-shaped facing bench seat layout. This symmetry frees up the central space making it really easy to move about. With mainsail winches and all forward sail lines leading forward to the helm stations, manoeuvring is easier for the skipper as are the crews’ movements.

Inside, the layout of the Oceanis Yacht 62 is organized around a spacious saloon and separate spaces enjoying great privacy. Bathed in light by gigantic hull portholes, the prestigious design of this yacht offers noble materials and unique cabinetwork finishes.

A real sea view suite
The forward owner’s cabin boasts exclusive privacy with an enormous amount of space. Bathed in light, with hues of soft pearl, shades of browns, and padded lining, the airy yet cosy atmosphere offers new sensations of comfort. The huge Island Bed in the centre of the cabin offers ideally peaceful nights. The en-suite shower is a few steps from the bed. It features a spacious shower, and again a wonderful sea view.

Your guests will enjoy a unique stay on board in the two cleverly organized aft cabins with their double beds, aft hatch opening and en-suite shower room.

BEAUTY IN EVERY CORNER
At the centre of the boat, the galley offers access everything going on on board. This 4 metre long space flanks the saloon. With a large fridge and hob, a real extractor hood, extra-large sink, large worktop, wine cellar, among others, it features everything you need to make the best gourmet meals. Particularly innovative, the Corian worktop folds away and the
kitchen disappears into the furniture in a snap of a finger. Ideally located, the leather covered hand rails make kitchen work easier, contributing to the success of the most demanding culinary dishes. In the spirit of a scullery, a customizable space for storage is located between the galley and the owner cabin.

The saloon space boasts 2 sofas, one of which is L-shaped and a table offering a variety of positions and seating 10 people.

The top quality finish subtly combines leather, stainless steel, teak, textiles and Corian and the interior cabinetwork and furniture can be personalized offering the luxury of creating a world to match your personality.
