At the press conference held today at the Yacht Club of Monaco, The Italian Sea Group ("TISG" or the "Company") announced its new development strategy, unveiling future projects and an extraordinary partnership with Studio Fuksas and Luca Dini for the design and construction of Sea Flower, the new 80m M/Y Admiral.

Exclusively for TISG, Studio Fuksas and Luca Dini will jointly design an 80-metre displacement megayacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, interiors that embrace a new concept of experiencing the sea, and a design inspired by nature, particularly the marine ecosystem.

"This partnership powerfully expresses the symbiotic relationship between design, art and technology that is part of The Italian Sea Group’s DNA," – commented Giovanni Costantino, Founder & CEO di The Italian Sea Group. "Sea Flower is going to be a breathtaking and futuristic megayacht, carefully conceived with an eye to environmental sustainability. Our goal is to continue to invest in revolutionary aesthetic and technological solutions to propose disruptive product lines that dictate the new stylistic standards of luxury yachting."

“Like a flower blossoming to life, the Sea Flower symbolizes the continuous movement towards a future to which we pay great attention and which represents one of the key aspects of the project," state the architects Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas and Luca Dini.

The Company boasts an Order Book of more than one billion Euros, with significant business visibility for the coming years thanks to its very high market positioning and diversified, comprehensive offering.The strength of the Group's brands and the growing demand translate into an important growth phase, allowing us to reaffirm the 2023 Guidance at the top end of the value range and confirm the Strategic Outlook for 2024.

During the press conference, TISG also presented the concepts of three new and futuristic projects developed by its Centro Stile:

• “Project Adventure”, a 50m Explorer Admiral motoryacht;
• “Project Cat 133”, a catamaran in the style of the Tecnomar This Is It;

“Project Evo 155”, a 46m superyacht based on the successful EVO model, featuring sporty and elegant lines typically found in Tecnomar yachts.

During the prestigious Monaco kermesse, the latest jewels launched by TISG are also showcased for the first time, setting new frontiers in nautical design and dictating revolutionary aesthetic standards:

• Perini Navi Art Explorer the 47m sailing catamaran, among the largest in the world;
• Tecnomar This Is It, a 43m motor catamaran with an extremely innovative
and futuristic design;
• Admiral Silver Star, a 55m motor yacht with interiors by Giorgio Armani, consolidating the partnership with this extraordinary brand;
• The award-winning Admiral Kenshō, a motor yacht of 75m;
• Two iconic models of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 project.

Perini Navi Art Explorer, the world's largest aluminium sailing catamaran with a length of 46.5 m, an exceptional width of 17.30 m and an impressive 50 m mast, is a unique and cutting-edge project with very high standards of innovation and sustainability. The project, in fact, will be a real travelling museum, the first
and only one of its kind that will take the most important art exhibitions around the world for two years.
Tecnomar This Is It, a 43m motor catamaran, is a new, exciting and unique presence on the catamaran scene and, with its futuristic look, challenges all design and style conventions. Tradition and innovation come together to create a radical lifestyle concept, defined by a layout that enhances asymmetries and proposes a decisive and captivating silhouette.

The 55m Admiral Silver Star reinforces the value of Admiral yachts' design, engineering and the highest quality standards. The interiors designed by GiorgioArmani emphasise the aesthetic philosophy of essential and refined luxury, with sophisticated interiors and muted tones of absolute elegance. The details highlight
the yacht's purity, classicism and, at the same time, its modernity.

The Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, displayed in the two colours Baloon White and Bronzo Zenas, is inspired by the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, the hybrid supercar with an unmistakable design, of which the yacht proposes several details, including the use of carbon fibre and super sports seats.

The first tender in the new Picchiotti fleet will be available to clients for travel within the yacht show. In 2023, the M/Y 75m Admiral Kenshō received numerous awards from the industry's most prestigious authorities, once again demonstrating the uniqueness and beauty of each of the group's products.

Among the awards received by the 75-metre motor-yacht we highlight the following:
