The 2020 SWS Rendezvous and Trophy is regrettably cancelled

After conferring with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and Title Sponsor Loro Piana, we regret to announce that due to the Covid-19 emergency, conditions are no longer right for us to hold the SWS Rendezvous and Trophy 2020. The safety and well-being of all those who were wishing to take part is and must remain our top priority.
 
The Southern Wind team is committed to honouring its fleet and will work hard to stay active and flexible to find an occasion to enjoy some time together as soon as the current emergency subsides.
We are considering a special Southern Wind Award in the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup that will be hosted by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda from August 30th to September 5th. This could also be an excellent occasion to gather SWS yachts in the area and toast the special things that make us a unique, ocean-going family.
