The interiors are much bigger compared to competitor vessels of the same size, yet they maintain a sporty profile thanks to the balance between the hull’s design and the profile of the deckhouse. There are no cumbersome external elements on the deck, as the designers have opted for a stowaway anchor.

Contrasting materials

Great attention has been put in finishes and details, not just in terms of materials, but in terms of alternating colours as well. Shiny steel elements fit into contexts with soft colours (such as leather), whereas the seams of the seats bring to mind classic Italian handcrafted items. Among the optional items (rarely found on boats this size) is the possibility of extending solid teak wood to the stern platforms as well.

The bond between the sporty character of the new Invictus CX270, highlighted by the two outboard engines (220 hp each), and the great attention to details and solutions, which aim at providing greatest comfort aboard, is very deep indeed. The ergonomics typical of the CX series are highlighted by the careful design of the vertically developed wheelhouse.

A transformable cockpit

The heart of the “living” area develops amidship, with the “stand up” steering seat that can be easily transformed to complete the dinette in the stern, creating a true seating area dedicated to people who enjoy conviviality on their boat. This transformable system is standard issue. The stern sunbed (obtained by laying down the sofa’s back) can be expanded with more cushions, making the best use of the engine area as well. A new element for Invictus is the presence of a basin unit left of the cockpit.

The internal height and spaces have been used to surprising effect, creating a cabin with separate bathroom, while fully retaining all the ergonomic features that characterise the CX range.
