Fincantieri is confirmed as Top Employer Italy again in 2024, following the awards already obtained in 2022 and 2023. This is a certification awarded only to companies that meet high standards in Human Resources strategies and policies to contribute to people's wellbeing and improve the work environment.

Fincantieri in recent years has consistently improved its overall score by distinguishing itself in several areas where it has recorded higher results than companies certified as Top Employers, including Employer Branding (+9.3 percentage points), Training (+5.8 p.p.), Employee Listening (+4.9 p.p.) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (+3.5 p.p.). These results confirm the increased focus on listening to and engaging people, the commitment to fostering an increasingly inclusive work environment, and the ability to attract new talent and invest in employee training.

Luciano Sale, Executive Vice President Human Resources and Real Estate, said:

“Fincantieri has consistently achieved this certification over the past three years, improving its score by eleven percentage points. In particular, there has been important progress in Employee Listening, Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This is an important achievement: it testifies to our consistent commitment to improving the employee experience”.
