Bering Yachts has celebrated another significant milestone in its Superyacht division with the keel laying ceremony for the second hull of the Bering 165, the flagship 50-meter explorer superyacht.

The ceremony follows the signing of the contract with a client from Singapore, represented by Absolute Yacht Services Pte Ltd. This marks the second hull sold in 2026, underscoring the exceptionally strong market reception the model has received since its introduction.

A New Standard in Explorer Superyachts
At 50 meters LOA with a 9-meter beam and 499 GT, the Bering 165 was designed to redefine the capabilities of a true transoceanic explorer superyacht. Developed in close collaboration with Swiss studio Valentin Design for exterior styling, the yacht features a sophisticated five-deck layout that delivers impressive volume and comfort while fully retaining long-range ocean-crossing performance and the renowned reliability of the Bering brand.

The second hull has been highly customised to the owner’s vision, with particular emphasis on creating a genuine entertaining platform. Standout features include a spacious aft pool area on the main deck with a swimming pool of over 20 square meters, two whirlpool tubs, and a dedicated enclosed garage for tenders and water toys located on the lower deck. Additional highlights comprise a premium sound system with karaoke facilities, a panoramic gym, and a well-equipped lazarette for diving and snorkelling equipment.

Exceptional Interior Design
The interiors of the second hull are being created by Red Yacht Design, tailored specifically to the client’s lifestyle. Commenting on the project, Cana Gokhan of Red Yacht Design said:

“Bering 165 is honestly one of the most exciting projects we have started so far. From the beginning, we felt that this yacht should have a very special atmosphere. The client cares a lot about lighting and entertainment, and we are designing the interiors to feel elegant, comfortable and alive. This yacht will be calm and private when needed, but also full of energy when the owner wants to enjoy time on board with family and friends.”

Strong Market Momentum

“This second hull is powerful confirmation that the Bering 165 has struck the right balance between true explorer capability and contemporary superyacht lifestyle,” noted the Bering Superyacht Division team.

The rapid sale of the first two hulls in such a short time reflects growing demand from clients seeking both long-range independence and exceptional onboard experiences. The shipyard
