Aschenez Holding acquires 100% of Aschenez Srl
Aschenez Holding has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Aschenez Srl, purchasing the remaining 40% stake and becoming the sole shareholder of the company as of March.
The transaction represents a step in defining the Group’s industrial structure, aimed at integrated management of shipyards and brands, with the objective of consolidating its competitive positioning and supporting development in the main yachting segments. The Group, founded by Rosario Alcaro, operates through three brands – Invictus Yacht, Capoforte and Marcopolo Adventure Yachts – and a production structure based on two sites: Borgia, in Calabria, and Villafranca Tirrena, in Sicily. Overall, the production areas cover approximately 20,000 square metres and employ 200 people.

The product range spans different size segments: Invictus Yacht with 13 models from 28 to 55 feet, Capoforte with 12 models from 19 to 28 feet, and Marcopolo Adventure Yachts with 10 and 12 metre units, designed for versatile use between daycruiser and cruiser. From an industrial standpoint, one of the distinguishing elements is the high level of vertical integration: up to 90% of production processes are carried out in-house, including fiberglass and carbon fiber lamination, carpentry, painting, assembly and final testing. These activities are complemented by dedicated departments for electrical systems, logistics and upholstery, as well as an in-house Atelier for customization.
Production relies on advanced infusion technologies and extensive use of carbon fiber, with solutions aimed at reducing weight and improving overall vessel efficiency. Among the most recent developments is the introduction of prepreg carbon components, which allow better surface definition and weight reduction, along with benefits in terms of production processes and environmental impact.

At the same time, the Group is introducing alternative materials for internal structures, such as recyclable honeycomb panels for bulkheads, with the aim of reducing displacement and optimizing consumption. Among the adopted solutions are also structural fuel tanks, designed to increase reliability and resistance compared to traditional configurations.
On the commercial side, Aschenez can rely on an international network of over 50 dealers, supporting its presence in key markets.
Customization represents a further central element of the production model. The in-house Atelier allows clients to be supported throughout the entire boat configuration process, integrating materials, design solutions and bespoke finishes.
