In the charter market, increasingly influenced by digital platforms and advanced search tools, access to information has become almost instantaneous. New generations of clients, in particular, are used to comparing offers and experiences online, moving quickly through data, images and reviews. However, precisely in this context, the value of direct contact continues to play a central role.

The choice of a yacht for charter does not end with the technical or aesthetic evaluation of the unit, but largely depends on knowledge of the crew, the quality of service and the broker’s ability to interpret the expectations of the owner or client. It is a process in which direct experience, relationships and trust remain decisive.

It is within this balance between digital dimension and personal interaction that the MYBA Charter Show fits, confirming in 2026 its role as an operational platform for the market, offering brokers and operators the opportunity to experience yachts, crews and service standards firsthand before the start of the Mediterranean season. For those who must choose their “buen retiro” at sea for their holidays, as well as for all professionals working in the luxury charter sector, the event is unmissable.

From 27 to 30 April 2026, Marina Portosole in Sanremo will host, for the second consecutive year, the MYBA Charter Show, the benchmark event for the Mediterranean luxury charter market. The 36th edition, traditionally opening the charter season, builds on the success recorded in 2025, when the event reached record figures with over 80 yachts moored and more than 600 scheduled broker visits.

Sanremo’s presence has been consolidated by the three-year agreement signed between MYBA and PortoSole, which guarantees the Riviera dei Fiori the role of official venue until 2028.

To date, more than 60 yachts are already registered among motor yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans. The PressMare editorial team has selected some of the most anticipated units on display.
