Navetta 50: The Absolute Calypso
Absolute has introduced the Navetta 50, a new yacht model in the Generation 2026 series, designed for autonomy and ease of operation. The yacht will be officially unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026.
The Navetta 50 is part of Absolute's Generation 2026, offering a compact yet spacious design suitable for owner-operation. Inspired by Calypso, the yacht combines modern lines with generous volumes and advanced technical solutions, maintaining the quality standards of the Navetta range.
The yacht's design focuses on simplifying management and enhancing owner-operation. Features include an intuitive helm station, a side access door on the main deck, and well-planned onboard circulation routes to facilitate navigation and docking. The vertical-profile stern improves outdoor livability and provides easy access to the swim platform. Modular furnishings allow for quick reconfiguration of spaces to suit different needs.
The flybridge is a key design element, offering a level surface from bow to stern. It serves as an open-air living space with a dining area, a bar unit equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, and barbecue, and seating near the helm for shared cruising experiences.
The cockpit extends the saloon's space, featuring large glass surfaces and modular furnishings for flexible use. This design ensures a seamless transition between interior and exterior areas.
The bow area has been redesigned to include sunbathing spaces and protected walkways under the flybridge. Safe lateral side decks with handrails, bulwarks, and integrated lighting provide secure access.
Inside, the Navetta 50 introduces a new aesthetic with light-toned woods and refined finishes. The saloon features full-height glazing for uninterrupted sea views and natural light. The aft galley efficiently serves both the interior and cockpit areas.
The helm station, located to starboard, offers excellent visibility and includes a side access door for quick entry to the side deck, a feature typically found on larger yachts.
The lower deck emphasizes space and comfort. The forward owner's cabin features a diagonally positioned bed for better ergonomics and accessibility, with large windows for natural light. The en-suite bathroom includes a separate shower, and the cabin offers ample storage.
The VIP cabin amidships provides volumes and headroom uncommon in this size segment, functioning as a second suite. A third guest cabin with twin beds and a single crew cabin, which can also serve as an additional guest berth, complete the night area.
The Navetta 50 enhances the sea experience with a comfortable and secure environment supported by the latest technologies. It will be showcased at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, alongside other Generation 2026 models.
