Rounding out the top ten are Danes Frederik Rask and Jakob Precht Jensen and Poles Mikolaj Staniul and Jakub Sztorch. Tomorrow, the Medal Series will award the world title: the rankings are still open and anything can change.

49erFX

Spain's Paula Barceló and Maria Cantero maintain their lead in the women's doubles standings. France's Manon Peyre and Amélie Riou finished second. Belgium's Isaura Maenhaut and Anouk Geurts and Germany's Marla Bergmann and Hanna Wille tied for third. Norway's Pia Dahl Andersen and Nora Edland finished fifth, Germany's Maru Scheel and Freya Feilcke sixth. Denmark's Jena Mai Seaton and Christina Andersen finished seventh, and Poland's Aleksandra Melzacka and Sandra Jankowiak finished eighth. Rounding out the top ten are Canada's Georgia Lewin-Lafrance and Antonia Lewin-Lafrance and Britain's Freya Black and Saskia Tidey. Jana Germani and Giorgia Bertuzzi did not rank in the top ten. Tomorrow's Medal Series also has the potential to upend the 49erFX standings.

Nacra 17

Gianluigi Ugolini and Maria Giubilei (Centro Sportivo Aeronautica Militare) lead the provisional mixed catamaran standings on the eve of the Final Series, which will award the world title tomorrow. Second place goes to Frenchmen Tim Mourniac and Aloise Retornaz, with Britain's John Gimson and Anna Burnet third. Argentines Mateo Majdalani and Eugenia Bosco are fourth, and Sweden's Ida Svensson and Marcus Dackhammar fifth. Compatriots Emil Järudd and Hanna Jonsson are sixth, with Australians Brin Liddell and Rhiannan Brown seventh. Dutch pair Willemijn Offerman and Scipio Houtman are eighth, Australians Archie Gargett and Sarah Hoffman are ninth, and Dutchmen Bjarne Bouwer and Jorien Hin are tenth. The points accumulated in the fleet races will be compressed at the start of the Final Series: the medals remain well up for grabs for all competitors.
