Bolide 80's triumph at Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2024

Victory Design, founded by Brunello Acampora in 1989, proudly announces Bolide 80's prestigious win for Outstanding Exterior Design - Motor Yachts, 24m to 39.9m, at the esteemed BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards 2024, during a glamorous ceremony attended by the industry's most celebrated designers, naval architects and shipyards. Held in the alpine town of Kitzbühel, Austria, during the Superyacht Design Festival, the awards acknowledge everything from styling and naval architecture to the innovative and eco-friendly attributes of today's more impressive superyachts.

A prestigious judging panel, comprising yacht designers and naval architects from diverse backgrounds and countries, superyacht captains and yachting industry professionals, decided the winners of the coveted Neptune trophies. Bolide 80, nominated in 5 categories, won the prize for the best exterior design, proof of the obsessive attention that Victory places in the continuous improvement of the Italian Style.

Boat International jury states: “Bolide 80 by Victory Design pulled ahead of competition thanks to its full carbon construction, swift 70-knot top speed and automotive-inspired design.” Bolide triumph, not only highlights exceptional design but also reaffirms Victory Design's commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the superyacht industry. In 2023, Victory Design expanded into construction, introducing Bolide 80, the world's fastest Hyper Muscle yacht, and the first in a range from 60" to 170". Now, Victory Design is refining the biggest Bolide of the range: Bolide 170, which promises easy and safe handling, achieving high performance with reduced fuel consumption. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is meticulously designed, as well as the T-Drive propulsion system which benefits from FLEXITAB's thirty-year experience in the world of powerboat competitions.
