Vismara V50 Mills: sail testing off the coast of Versilia

Thanks to the time tested collaboration with Mills Design, the new lightweight carbon fiber fast cruiser was developed and delivered to the client in 12 months. A great project developed to fits an experienced owner willing to sail with an high quality and easy handling fast cruiser.

The new Vismara V50 Mills BigStar is at the leading edge of design and production technology: a sandwich structure built in unidirectional and biaxial fibre laminated in layers with epoxy resin, chain plates vacuum laminated, a carbon fiber deck stepped mast with a new lightweight Park Avenue boom and a PBO standing rigging to get the maximum strenght to the entire structure.

As always in Vismara the technology permeates throughout the boat. Furnitures are all made in lightweight composite materials laminate to the hull.
