Technical Marine Supplies appointed exclusive UK technical distributor for Armare
Technical Marine Supplies (TMS) is pleased to announce it has been appointed the exclusive UK technical distributor for Armare Ropes, a global specialist in advanced composite rigging systems.
The new agreement allows TMS to deliver the complete portfolio of Armare composite cables, textile standing rigging, custom torsional stays and PBO (Zylon) rigging solutions to the UK market, supporting OEMs, spar builders, riggers and performance sailing projects.
Bringing over 20 years of research, development and race-proven experience, Armare designs and manufactures complete rigging systems using advanced fibres including PBO-Zylon, Dyneema and Kevlar, delivering exceptional performance characteristics for modern sailing yachts.
Armare systems are tested in collaboration with professional riggers and proven in demanding offshore and global racing campaigns and are suited to a wide range of high-performance applications, where weight aloft, durability and precision load control are critical; from Grand Prix race yachts to advanced cruising platforms.
