Four months after the delivery of SW96 Sorceress, Southern Wind announces the launch of SW105 "Satisfaction", first unit in the SW105  high performance cruisers mini series.

This project, a collaboration between Southern Wind, Nauta Design and Farr Yacht Design, has been conceived to provide an exceptional sailing experience combined with outstanding stability and comfort.

"Satisfaction" features generously wide aft sections, an open transom and a twin rudder configuration, which allow a garage for a 4.2m+ carbon jet tender and a 3m+ jet ski, an exceptional feature on a yacht of this size.
 
The modern design of SW105#01 is immediately evident from the single level deck: on top of comfortable and safe passage, this layout creates a continuous line from stern to coachroof that makes the yacht look longer and sleeker. 
The uncluttered sightlines of this Raised Saloon yacht blend a sleek coachroof with high ceilings; light floods into the interior through panoramic windows and hull portlights.
 
A telescopic keel was designed to fulfil the owner’s desire for an advanced keel design without compromising the interior layout and saloon space.
 
SW105#01 interior features Southern Wind Shipyard’s most popular owner’s cabin forward layout with three comfortable guest cabins amidships and crew quarters and galley aft. The crew area is an efficient living and working environment for five or six crew.

 
The yacht is built in compliance with RINA Charter Class and will be registered as Commercial Yacht with a “Red Ensign Group” flag.

Immediately after her launch, Satisfaction will undergo extensive sea trials in Cape Town in preparation for her maiden voyage.
 
Two more units of this miniseries are currently under construction at SWS for delivery respectively in June and November 2018.
