Peter Naeyé joined Nautor's Swan as Maxi Swan product line Leader

Nautor’s Swan is looking ahead and empowering its internal organization through the appointment of new key figures within its commercial team. Peter Naeyé has joined Nautor's Swan as Product Line Leader of the MAXI Swan Line.

“This is in line with our strategy of reinforcing even more and developing further the MAXI Swan Line, heading managerial skills and competence as well as new energy and passion in this activity.” commented Leonardo Ferragamo, Nautor’s Swan Group Executive Chairman.

In his capacity, Peter Naeyé will therefore join the other Product Line Leaders already appointed: Vanni Galgani for the Swan Yachts Line, Philippe Oulhen for the ClubSwan 50, Enrico Chieffi for the ClubSwan Yachts and in his role of Vice President, as general coordinator of this group.

To this extent, Peter Naeyé will manage specifically all aspects of the new MAXI Swan line development including the production and successful hand-over of each MAXI Swan yacht to her proud owner. The MAXI Swan yachts currently consist of the magnificent Swan 95FD and 95S (on display at Monaco boat show) and the stunning Swan 115FD and 115S. For 2018 Nautor’s Swan has scheduled to extend the MAXI line onwards with new high-technology superyachts.  
 
Working in the yachting business since 1988, Peter Naeyé started as certified yachtbroker for sailing yachts and eventually owned and managed Vripack Naval Architects from 1996 to 2008, one of the largest and best known companies for yacht design, naval architecture and production engineering in the marine industry.
He performed many advisory and interim management tasks within the superyacht sector, with a particular focus on production efficiency, quality improvement and shipyard ownership tasks.

Beside this PLL organization, Nautor’s Swan has enlarged its sales team appointing Roy Capasso as new Mediterranean Regional Director. With his extensive knowledge of the market he will supervise a strategic area, managing the activities of the Agent’s network in the Mediterranean area.

With the introduction of the new fast racing ClubSwan 125 and two blue water models, Swan 78 and Swan 65, the 2018 will be a very crowded year for Nautor’s Swan who once again is confirming its process of expansion covering from cruising performance yachts to innovative and advanced racing yachts.
