Mylius taps the hippest names amongst project and interior designers from the international yacht industry to work together on true made-to-measure boats.
Shaun Carkeek of Carkeek Design Partners and Aldo Parisotto from Studio Parisotto + Formenton have formed a creative duo to deliver the latest Mylius masterpiece, setting new standards for the brand.

Consciously small and boutique-minded - but still one of the ultimate rising stars of its sector - the “Italy At Its Best” shipyard enters an exciting next chapter with new partnerships that seek to push the boundaries of nautical culture through their signature blend of design, innovation technology, racing performance and higher levels of customization.

The new M 72’ project brings together one of the World’s leading yacht designers and the finest Italian interior architecture to launch Mylius “house of tailoring”, conveying to owners a vision for a unique, extremely bespoke design experience. This collaboration is the first step of a new path which leads to a full made-to-measure approach, making Mylius an “incubator of excellence” for both the design and the yachting industries and the ultimate go-to brand custom boats.

M 72’ is a powerful cruiser racer yacht (LOA-22.24m * Beam-6.2m * Weight-23.5T) with a unique hull shape and aero hydro package, featuring carefully considered deck design, twin rudder with one of a kind steering system, deep lifting keel and water ballast inspired by Carkeek Design Partners statement racing hulls such as the awarded RAN VII.

The design of the interiors has been conceived within the framework of an overall vision of sails yachts as architectures on the sea: smooth, fluid, sharpless surfaces shape the internal shell where the hull is always visible for the perception of being inside a nut that follows the sea movements. According to Mylius signature capability for customization, interiors come in two main racer or cruiser options, this last one including 4 cabins, 4 bathrooms and an aft garage area for tenders up to 3,8 meters.
