Italia Yachts 14.98 is the latest born from the Italian Shipyard: enclosed in this name are the planning, design, quality, research, style and engineering studies that represent the Italian excellence. The new 50 footer joins a limited but well-balanced range of six models available in the Bellissima versions, which wink at cruising sailors, and the Fuoriserie, a real thoroughbred racer that dominates in all the most important national and international regattas.

As for the whole range, IY 14.98 was born with a sporty look for the hull whose sleek lines are designed by Studio Cossutti, the deck plan is clean and well thought out. In the ample cockpit the winches and rigging are positioned to facilitate maximum handling even with a small crew or family. The concept for the interiors is related to the “family feeling” expressed through the lines by the interior designer Mirko Arbore, where the wooden slats give a welcoming atmosphere as well as pleasant perception of external light. The Light is amplified by the mirrored walls, while the LED lighting is adjustable in three different positions to follow the life on board within 24 hours, without ever being intrusive.
The Fuoriserie version, with lighter interiors and differently equipped in terms of rigging solutions, offers different finishes and details without compromising the comfort and the welcoming feeling on board. The interiors feature refined materials which (in accordance with the weight) are less reactive to the stresses of racing.

IY 14.98 has already demonstrated its excellent sailing performance and noticeably streamlined taut lines that imply speed, safety and stability typical of the entire range; but at the same time unafraid of long voyages.
