La Spezia, 6th September 2021_ Baglietto is proud to announce motor yacht Club M as winner of the 2021 World Superyacht Award in the Semi displacement or Planning Motor Yachts 40m and above. The award winner was revealed yesterday evening during an exclusive ceremony which took place in the splendid setting of the Monte-Carlo Sporting. The award - says Boat International- “acknowledges the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the most remarkable luxury yachts from across the world” and recognizes “Baglietto’s 40m Club M’s standout feature included its huge and most unusual upper deck alfresco living area.

This extends from bow to stern, with its semi-enclosed central portion shaded by a hardtop and edged by lowering side windows to offer a delightful inside-outside dining and conversation area, flanked by wide decks on either side that connect the fore and aft lounging zones. Horacio Bozzo created a strikingly masculine exterior and the yacht’s fully featured, cutting-edge interior by Achille Salvagni provides a satisfying blend of visual excitement and calm tranquillity.

The yacht’s chic interior has well-conceived lighting as well as the soft curves that enhanced its rooms and much of its loose and inbuilt furnishings. Environmentally friendly design is another factor that is always present in the judges’ minds, and this semi-displacement yacht, with its modest maximum speed of 17.8 knots and an economical cruising speed of 12 knots that provides transatlantic range, is a good example of this”.

“We are very proud of this award – declared Mr Michele Deprati, Baglietto CEO – CLUB M is an amazing yacht which takes Baglietto's experience in the construction of fully-custom vessels yet another step forward. Developed on a new platform specially designed by the shipyard to meet the Owner's vision, Club M's sporty and stylish lines revolutionise the concept of RPH boats.

The goal – continuous Mr Deprati - was to be able to meet the needs of an Owner who had an extremely clear vision in mind and was determined to create a unique, innovative cruiser in terms of both design and technological solutions and this award is the best recognition we succeeded in this”
Club M was recently awarded also with the Robb Report’s Best of the Best Interiors and the Boat International Best Interior Design..
