Providing impressive performance with the simplicity of a low maintenance and low voltage system, the Cruise 10.0R is designed and engineered to deliver propulsive power equivalent to a 20HP combustion engine, with 12 kW peak and 10 kW continuous input power.
Offering a top speed of 34 km/h (21 MPH), plus 30 km range at 30 km/h (19 miles at 19 MPH), the Cruise 10.0R is the new flagship of Torqeedo’s full line of Cruise motors. The low-voltage electric outboard can travel up to 30 km at 30 km/h (19 miles at 19 MPH), and has a range of up to 75 km (46 miles) at lower speed, while still producing no emissions.
The Cruise 10.0R boasts a striking modern design, is almost silent and emission free. It operates at just 48 volts, making it easy and simple to handle and maintain. These features make it the ideal companion for tender RIBs and boaters on green lakes, while commercial users like workboats, water taxis and tour boats also benefit from the Cruise 10.0R’s low operating and maintenance costs.
The new generation of Cruise motor is designed with pure lines to help refine and develop the characteristic elements of the Cruise range. The motor itself is discreetly housed underwater in a robust aluminum pylon, cooled naturally by the surrounding water. The shaft is hydro-dynamically optimised and the head reflects the slim, low-profile and elegant frame design of the series.
The Cruise 10.0R provides convenient features right at the user’s fingertips. The integrated GPS system and onboard computer are perfect examples of this, delivering precise information about speed, power consumption and remaining range on the remote throttle display. It works seamlessly with Torqeedo’s ‘TorqTrac’ app to display all motor information onto on a Bluetooth equipped smartphone for convenience.
Torqeedo’s environmentally friendly engines achieve the same power as a petrol outboard without the risk of leaking fuel and emissions.
