V Marine with Azimut Yachts and Carlo Cracco, 3 of aces in Portofino

The V Marine Team never ceases to amaze and just 3 days after the success of the Rendez-V Marine in Saint Tropez, arrives in Portofino for a very special event, this time daily.
Sea trials on board the brand new Azimut Verve 47 are the main program: tests reserved for a few lucky ones aboard a yacht that has never been shown to the public until now and was initially intended only for the American market. But thanks to the tenacity of Vincenzo Soria, Managing Director of V Marine, we were able to confirm the interest of our owners and the fact that this crazy fast cruiser is also well suited to an Italian and European public.
After a race at over 50 knots in total comfort and safety we disembarked (perhaps a little disheveled) and a few steps from the legendary Piazzetta and from a fabulous white Rolls Royce available to V Marine guests, we were welcomed by Chef Carlo Cracco himself in his new restaurant "Cracco Portofino": a wonderful view of the sea and a mouth-watering lunch… Not to mention the blue sky and the summer sun that accompanied us until the end of the day, when the third scheduled experience took place.
V Marine and American Express Italia organized an interesting cooking show aboard an Azimut S7, during which Chef Cracco prepared a delicious spaghetti with bottarga with the help, so to speak, of Vincenzo Soria: accomplices in their jobs but now friends in private, they offered their spectators moments of excellent cuisine alternating with funny gags… one of their little specialties!
This very special Tuesday ended with a toast at sunset, to pay homage to luxury yachting, starred cuisine and the great companies and to confirm that robust synergies bring good results, even between such heterogeneous realities.
