A fleet of more than 150 new boats from twelve different countries are exhibited at the Valencia Boat Show until Sunday in Valencia Marina. Visitors to the show will find boats arriving from far off, such as the Regal from the United States, which come to Spain through the distributor Metropol Náuticas, along with great classics of European sailing, such as the French Bénéteau, which have presented, amongst others, the Swift Trawler 30, an ingenious boat nominated for the Best of Boats Award (BOB) as well as the European Power Boat of the Year 2017, Dufour, with over 100 years of history, Jeanneau and the German Hanse which are repeating at the event with the star of the series 8, the Hanse 548, a luxury 55-foot yacht nominated for European boat of the year 2018 in the family cruiser category, and Bavaria with a fleet of seven boats. The boats of the British boatyard Sunseeker are visiting Valencia for the first time, as well as the French Bali catamarans of the prestigious group Catana Yachts, and the French Fountaine Pajot catamarans.

The Nordic brands have also been enticed by the waters of the Mediterranean. Visitors will be able to see at the show Finnish boats, such as the ClubSwan50, a yacht at the forefront of design that can hoist up to 438 square metres of sail, the Axopar motor boats and the Norwegian Nimbus 305. Other international representatives are the Dutch Greenline, a boatyard that builds hybrid yachts in series, and the Slovenian Elan Yachts, which is exhibiting in Valencia the Elan S3 regatta cruising model. The Italian nautical industry has an important presence at the Valencia Boat Show with brands such as Cranchi, with more than 200 years of history, the Ranieri 19S, the Gommoni BSC, and Pardo Yachts, which is premiering in Valencia one of the revolutionary boats of this season, the Pardo Yacht 43.

In addition, the Valencia Boat Show has a large Spanish fleet to which a “made in Spain” area has been dedicated, bringing together some of the most innovative proposals of the event such as the Tava'E Spirit of the Sea, a double canting keel yacht from the boatyard Metal Composite Yachts, and the Rodman Spirit 31 Outboard, a boat connected to the Internet that allows the skipper to access data of the boat in real time, from the Galician boatyard Grupo Rodman, the oldest company of Spain in its sector. Other interesting proposals from the domestic industry come from the hand of Tarsis, Nuva Yachts, or the young company Caresi innovation, which presents a prototype hand-held propeller.
An increasingly wider range of accessories

This year the Valencia Boat Show has increased its exhibition space, and the emblematic Tinglado nº2 of Valencia Marina is dedicated to exhibitors of nautical accessories. Sea lovers will find anchors by Trillo, cleaning services by Nautiel, accessories to improve sail trimming by Selden Mast, as well as nautical clothing from brands such as Slam or North Sails with interesting discounts and bracelets with different nautical motifs by exhibitors such as Whualaa!, Siete Lunas de Mar and Mac Navy. For those who wish to experience something different, the company Surf Ski School has a stand with surf-skis, paddles, technical clothing, accessories, promotions and specific products related to this type of sea kayaking. And if what you want is to be part of a community of people passionate about sailing, visiting the ANAVRE (Recreational Boaters Association) and ANPPER (Professional Day Skipper National Association) stands is a must.
Engines and electronics

Visitors will also find a wide variety of marine engines from brands such as Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Man, Nanni Diésel and Solé Diesel, generators and electronics from some of the most prestigious brands including Whisper Power, Simrad, Lowrance, B&G, Garmin, Humminbird, Fusion and Raymarine.
