After some fantastic editions of the Italian HANSA Championships which were held at the Sailing Club Gargnano, the HANSA class decided to start promoting all those clubs and associations that invest intensively in the development of Italian Class HANSA acquiring several boats but also investing in the relation to accessibility.
This is the case of the sailing club Fraglia Vela Desenzano which along with Sailability and ANMI sect. Desenzano, in the last two years have invested and worked in a decisive and cohesive manner so that the Club can now offer maximum accessibility and accessible boats to all the persons who present some mobility limitations and / or sensitive. Precisely in the part referring to accessibility, the Club has made the new changing rooms (male and female) with very ample restrooms, showers and, as a vital element making the difference, there were inserted "beds" retractable that will facilitate the exchange of all clothing athletes.
To conclude the 2016 project of FVD, the fleet of HANSA 303 boats has reached 4 boats while in the spring 2017 there will be one further new boat that will complete the planned fleet. During the course of the last edition of the Italian Championship which took place in Gargnano where CVGargnano has once again been able to host the high-level event, the sailing club Fraglia Vela Desenzano stood out by contributing significantly in the transport of boats.
The event took place smoothly and HANSA class wanted to reward that commitment by giving the possibility to organize the Italian Championship HANSA specifically provided for this year. The Italian Class HANSA still want to thank very much the CV Gargnano in the name of the President Francesco Capuccini and all his staff for their great hospitality hoping for new events for the coming years.
