TEAM Italia, world leader in the marine electronics market for mega and maxi yachts, is preparing for the Monaco Yacht Show 2019 with an impressive “line-up”, which confirms the excellent results obtained in over 20 years’ activity: by the end of 2019 there will be no fewer than 34 yachts cruising with TEAM Italia integrated systems.

Visitors at the Monaco Yacht Show will be able to admire the new Sanlorenzo 140 M/Y Attila with a jaw-dropping I-Bridge® that includes a transparent Head-Up Display. In the Head-Up Display solution, navigation data is sent by the instruments to the transparent display, which makes it easier for the captain to check the necessary data and still keep fully focussed on steering the yacht. The head-up allows to overlay the main data (such as course, waypoint, AIS and ARPA targets) onto the actual navigation view, in addition to providing all the other useful information.

The Columbus 80m M/Y Dragon, the largest yacht ever launched by the Cantieri Palumbo shipyard, will also be on display at the MYS 2019.

Dragon is equipped with an automation system by Onyx Marine, a company that is part of the TEAM Italia group and that designs flexible, cutting-edge automation systems for yachts and maxi yachts.

The Onyx Marine automation system on the M/Y Dragon can be fully controlled remotely through the Remote Support Onyx Marine system. By interfacing with the systems on the yacht, this system can carry out maintenance operations and long-distance tests and controls, which means owners can save time, resources and investments and still have outstanding quality and safety standards.

The first 50m Riva M/Y Race comes with the innovative I-Bridge® solution with multicontrol and 38” full HD stretched display.

Navigation is made easier by two integrated side flaps and by the exclusive TEAM Italia EMAS (Electronic Moving Assistant System), which processes the data from the 3D sensors and makes manoeuvring the yacht easier.

The other yachts in the Monaco Yacht Show 2019 with TEAM Italia integrated systems are the Custom Line Navetta 42, the largest hull ever built by Custom Line and equipped with the integrated I-Bridge® (which actually managed to include a 36” 4K ultrastretch display), and the Benetti 63m M/Y Metis, a full custom yacht.
