Further cementing its position as the global leader in yacht co-ownership, SeaNet has announced another sale, completing the shares of the Benetti Mediterraneo 116, the 4th yacht in their co-ownership fleet. The final share of 22.2%, with a value of €3 million (VAT included) marks the completion of this impressive co-ownership structure of six likeminded owners and comes with guaranteed usage in both Europe and the Caribbean.

The 2018 Benetti Mediterraneo 116 is a superb 35-meter tri-deck yacht that features the classic external Benetti lines designed by Giorgio M Casetta combined with a lightness in interiors from RADYCA that embraces the sleek and meticulously planned layout. With accommodation for up to 10 guests in five cabins, with one being the impressive owner suite, an expansive 80 square meters of sun deck, and light filled interiors, the yacht embraces outdoor living. Like all SeaNet yachts, UNY has a full rotational crew of seven (two crews of seven) that meets SeaNet’s impeccable levels of service, and comes with a large daycruiser; a brand new fully optioned and VAT paid 11.5 meter Axopar 37 ST. SeaNet yachts all benefit from a superior concierge and SeaNet’s full management service making the Benetti Mediterraneo 116 a perfect hassle-free yacht ownership experience.

As SeaNet goes from strength to strength, it is clear the appetite for co-ownership models that are transparent and offer guaranteed usage is increasing. As the industry continues to see the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, existing and future yacht owners are turning to SeaNet and its offer of a hassle-free, secure path to ownership. SeaNet is filling the predicted gap in the yacht market by offering all the benefits of yacht ownership and many more additions, without the financial implications associated with dock wise ocean crossing and high running costs associated with double season usage.

CEO Matty Zadnikar comments “At SeaNet we have been able to offer existing owners and  future yacht owners the opportunity to join us not only to reduce the running costs and management of their yacht but also to remove the hassle and stress that comes with it. As an owner myself I recognise that these yachts are our home’s away from home and now more than ever they represent a place of safety, comfort, and enjoyment with loved ones. It is important that current and future yacht owners safeguard themselves against future volatilities by working with us to create a secure yacht environment that is enjoyable, safe and here for the future.
