De Antonio Yachts, a benchmark in the design and manufacture of high-end sport boats, announces a reorganization of its commercial department and a key addition to its executive team. These strategic changes are aimed at driving further international growth and strengthening its global network of distributors.
As part of its sustained expansion, supported by a continuously evolving range of models and enhanced production capacity, the company has appointed Thibaud Maudet as its new Chief Commercial O4icer (CCO). With a strong track record in the marine industry and a results-oriented commercial mindset, Maudet will be responsible for leading the brand’s global commercial strategy and team.
His addition to De Antonio Yachts represents a new step toward strengthening the company’s market presence and unlocking new opportunities in strategic territories. Maudet’s primary mission will be to consolidate and expand the international dealer network, as well as to strengthen the brand’s position as a benchmark in the luxury sport yachting sector.
Likewise, Constant Colders, who has successfully led the company’s commercial department over the past five years, will take on a new challenge as Commercial Director for APAC & MEA, leading distributor expansion and sales across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Company co-founders and CEOs, Marc de Antonio and Stan Chmielewski, stated: “We believe these markets hold strong potential and could represent up to 30% of De Antonio Yachts’ total sales in the medium term.”
On the other hand, Yann Salez, who joined the Group in 2024 as Commercial Director for the United States, will continue leading the development of the commercial network in this region from the Miami operationals base, with the goal of consolidating partnerships with exclusive dealers in the country’s key states.
With this new structure, De Antonio Yachts strengthens its executive organization in line with its commitment to continuous improvement, excellence, and international expansion, with a vision to evolve its management and grow its commercial network.
The company embraces this new phase with great enthusiasm, focused on continuing to set trends in the global yachting industry, as demonstrated by its upcoming major launch, the D60. Its new 60-foot flagship debuts in Cannes with an exclusive, cutting-edge design and unique performance, thanks to its four hidden Mercury outboard engines.
