The B88 offers the living space and comfort of a significantly larger yacht while retaining all the practical advantages of a compact explorer. Her robust steel hull, 225-ton full-load displacement, and substantial fuel capacity of 39,000 litres give her genuine long-range capability — more than 5,000 nautical miles at a comfortable 8.5-knot cruising speed, with the potential for even longer passages.
The interior provides over 256 m² of thoughtfully designed volume, including a spacious full-beam master stateroom, four comfortable guest cabins, and generous crew accommodation for five. The expanded outdoor areas create plenty of room for relaxed al fresco dining, lounging, and entertaining under the open sky.
“We’re really happy to have her in the water,” said Alexei Mikhailov, Founder and CEO of Bering Yachts. “This boat is fully equipped for the long journeys ahead — completely self-sufficient, with everything needed for weeks of independent life at sea without relying on shore infrastructure. We can’t wait to take her out for the first sea-trials and see how she performs.”
The Bering 88 is equally well-suited for private use or for charter operations. With excellent storage and thoughtful provisions capacity, she is built for real independence and comfortable living on the water.
“We’re so proud of how the whole Bering Yachts team has been pushing the boundaries on this project,” added Kristina Güner, Creative Director at Bering Yachts. “We believe this is one of the strongest explorer yachts in the sub-24-meter class. We put all our expertise into this yacht to make her thoughtful, comfortable, and logical for both guests and crew. The result is a highly competitive boat full of smart, standout solutions that actually make a real difference at sea.”
Given the strong market response to the model, Bering Yachts expects a noticeable increase in orders throughout the coming season.
A full launch-day video featuring dockside footage will be published on the Bering Yachts YouTube channel in the coming days.
