E1, together with Bombay Sapphire, the Championship’s Official Gin Partner, will this week bring a taste of E1 and its Spanish links to the Balearics with the E1 Ibiza Showrun.

The Showrun on May 28 will offer guests an electrifying glimpse into the future of the sport, showcasing two E1 RaceBirds – one in the iconic Bombay Sapphire blue livery, and one yet to be revealed one-off specially-designed livery.

Spanish interest in E1, the world's first all-electric raceboat Championship, is high. Global tennis legend Rafael Nadal and his Spanish pilot Cris Lazzaraga feature alongside compatriots Lucas Ordóñez of Angola Team Westbrook, former Formula 1 tester Dani Clos for Team Aoki, Tara Pacheco for Team Drogba Global Africa, and Nerea Martí for LeBron James’s team.

The event also aligns with Bombay Sapphire’s Step Into The Blue campaign and its blue aesthetics that celebrates the brand’s role in bringing ‘the beauty of the moment to life’. Together, E1 and Bombay Sapphire continue to redefine modern luxury - immersive, innovative and environmentally conscious.
