Andrea Frabetti returns to Ferretti Group as personal advisor to CEO Stassi Anastassov. His role will focus on strategic development and identifying new opportunities for the Group.

The position does not involve direct responsibility for the Group’s operating structures, but rather supporting the CEO on key medium- to long-term priorities. Frabetti will contribute to analysing market developments, anticipating change and translating technological progress into new business opportunities.

The appointment reflects the need to complement the management of current operations with a constant investment in building the business of the future. Industry, technology, the profile of yacht owners and the ways in which luxury is purchased and experienced are changing rapidly. In this context, Ferretti Group aims to strengthen its ability to anticipate transformation and explore new business, product, ownership, service and partnership models.

Frabetti’s return is part of a strategy aimed at combining the Group’s industrial heritage and expertise with greater foresight, faster decision-making and openness to new opportunities.

A naval and mechanical engineer who graduated from the University of Genoa in 1990, Frabetti worked for almost 25 years at Ferretti Group, where he headed Ferretti Engineering, the technology division responsible for developing the motor yachts of the various brands controlled by the Group.

After his experience at Ferretti Group, he served as CEO of Diesel Center, a company specialising in the supply of engines and technological systems for the marine sector. He subsequently held the positions of CTO and CEO at Sunseeker International, a role he left last November. He has also served as a member of the judging panel for the Metstrade DAME Awards and the IBI Boat Builder Awards.
